Use it to:

2️⃣Improve fine motor control in the fingers, hand, and arm muscles
3️⃣Help calm the mind and improve focus
4️⃣Improve long tone control
5️⃣Improve legato bow technique
Start with 20-seconds each on down-bow, then up-bow (on open strings).
Progress to 60 seconds and watch your bow control greatly improve!
