Please contact or kindly forward emails to Warner Brothers Music and The Orchard as well. It's crucial for us to collectively safeguard my channel. Otherwise, future generations might only experience Rock'n'Roll through CD sound rather than the authentic 45rpm sound.

Update: My recent live stream, dated yesterday, was blocked worldwide by Warner Brothers Music, allegedly due to their belief that I utilized their Vampira song from their 2022 CD release. Today, I responded by asserting that my usage falls within fair rules, as my recording is a hand-restored version from the original 45rpm.

News! My top 4-hour mix, featured at https://youtu.be/qTpgDVeJ2fE, has been unjustly blocked worldwide for 'Burning Rubber' by a British CD distributor. Shame on you! And to Mr. Orchard, refrain from wrongfully claiming copyrights for bootlegs sourced from White Label/Collector records featured in my uploads.

Hailing from Germany, I find myself powerless against the copyright infringements perpetrated by European entities. Those familiar with my channel recognize that I've been curating and sharing authentic 1950s music sourced from original 45rpm records, supported by a collector in Berlin, for over a decade.

Unfortunately, I face continuous challenges from copyright claimants due to my location in Germany. The demise of the owner of the Rotterdam White Label has further complicated matters, as their family sold the bootleg catalog to distributors who now assert copyright ownership.

These bootlegs from the early '70s and beyond pale in comparison to the authenticity of the original 45rpm records. It's imperative to protect this channel, and the only viable option is to transfer ownership to the United States. I offer myself as the channel's DJ and pledge to contribute restored 45rpm records to ensure the preservation of this rare Rock 'n' Roll music history in its authentic, hand-restored quality."
