A 10 minute Postnatal Core / Ab Strengthening Workout made specifically for new moms, or anyone recovering from surgery in the abdominal region! These gentle core exercises are the foundation to rebuilding core strength esp. after giving birth, and are designed to be safe and effective for post- C-section.
You'll do:
- Wall plank
- Walk the dogs
- Foot march lifts
- Oblique leg lifts
- Side planks (note: can modify by keeping hips down)
I offer ways to modify, but please always listen to your body and consult with
your doctor with any questions or concerns. Start slow—a little bit of progress evert day creates big changes. Enjoy!
