Loosen up your ankles with this series of foot exercises for the drum kit. Each exercise should be played using a single kick pedal and the hi-hat pedal. Maintain an upright posture on your seat throughout, avoiding any leaning from side to side. Repeat each exercise at least 10 times before moving on, adjusting the tempo as needed based on your skill level.
