Excuse the oodie but I had been standing on the touchline for 70 minutes in the cold watching my son play football! Trying to thor out!

In this, the fourth of what will be 100 days practice. I am focusing on chromatic enclosures over a C chord, C chord and C minor chord (remember to practice them in all the keys though)!
