90 sec 90 Lessons
NUMBER ONE
'Integrating a lick'

I have had so many questions about this from my Patreon's so I thought I would start with it...

1. pick a SHORT lick
2. work it in all keys as a warm up, SLOWLY
3. understand it harmonically and where it can be used
4. improvise out of it
5. improvise into it
6. change it to make it your own
7. add some chromatic enclosure
8. add some pentatonic stuff
9. hammer the lick EVERY SINGLE TIME you get the horn out of the case
10. Then... stop thinking about it and let the music take you ????
