Across The Bridge - The Story of Eugene's First Black Neighborhood

On August 24th, 1949 — Lane County destroyed Eugene's first Black neighborhood to build the Ferry St. Bridge.

Enduring hostile living conditions, Black Pioneer families formed a tight knit community and survived by their faith.

75 years later, this documentary is a testament to their struggles and legacy.
