Adam Gussow Vamp, Internal Tempo & Neighborhood Walk

Here we're literally taking a step by step, fully tabbed lesson where we learn an Adam Gussow style harmonica blues vamp and explore the idea of internal tempo, keeping time with our bodies and all while getting a little exercise with a short rhythmic walk around my beautiful New Orleans neighborhood.
