This lesson is the first in a series going over different patterns and rudiments to improve your drum fills, solos, grooves, chops, and beats. I show how you can take a simple drum pattern, and use it with displacement, modulation and around the drum set in different ways.

I recommend using a metronome, and keeping time on your hihats while you learn these.
