This is the one and only time I recorded myself (Russ) playing the coronet. I could barely play the instrument. It's comedic. I'd taken trumpet lessons when I was young but never excelled. John plays guitar and some kind of drum on this tune--a plastic trash can, or something similar. We'd play and record just about anything--from pots and pans to violin. It was all about having fun with music.
