Back at it and moving forward!

After an extra light day, yesterday, I practiced a bunch today and feel great for it! Managed to get my Clarke Setting Up Drills up to 96BPM for Groups 1 & 2, without my arm locking up. That's real progress in just a couple of weeks! Now to get it cleaned up and comfortable at this tempo...
