Can you commit to practicing with me for 10 minutes?
I try and do this every day without fail, and treat it as the minimum I need to do to feel like I'm maintaining some consistency with the instrument.
When it comes to this ten-minute concept, It isn't so much what you practice but THAT you practice. Even if you just sit and listen to the entire 10 minute routine, that should give you some good context as to how much you can achieve in what sounds like a very short amount of time.
