Having already made his name known on the Fuzzy roster on a few occasions, it's now time for Bee Hunter's first two track EP on Fuzzy80s. This release has a very summery vibe to it and as can be expected from Bee Hunter, the quality is top notch. Shine The title track of this EP is a very danceable 80's style progressive tune that brings to mind the beaches in Miami with the sun shining at full blast. The shimmering pad effects in this are like the reflection of the sun glimmering across the sunglasses of an 80's movie or TV show protagonist, with the vocal samples making the message crystal clear. It's time to put on your Hawaii shirt and shine like the sun. My Way Home The B-side, "My Way Home", is a bit of a deeper Indie Dance/Nu Disco tune, having a similar soundscape to "Shine" but with a significantly different flavour. The overall vibe of the track sounds like our protagonist is driving down Collins Avenue after a long day at the beach, trying to get home while the sun is slowly setting in the horizon. The chilled yet decisive drum beats keep you going right until the ending credits roll.
