All percussion suggestions are from my own training and experience. There may be alternate techniques that work better for you.

If you are a music student, learning by video is handy but not ideal. Please check in regularly with your music instructor so your form, posture, and movements can be observed and corrected if necessary. Live lessons with an instructor are essential for developing good technique.
