We welcomed Huntington band Kindred Valley out to the second-floor Museum in our Visitor Center, in front of our historical stained glass. It was the golden hour, and our audio engineer bragged that it was the best acoustics he’d ever heard for a band like this.
This five-person ensemble brings influences from bluegrass, gospel, country, and Americana and weaves them together with enchanting harmonies and folk instrumentation. They filled our Museum with the most divine music - from hymns to protest songs, love songs to lullabies, Kindred Valley creates room-filling song that lands between choir and band and blends the best of both.
