Blue moon of Kentucky is a blue grass song from Bill Monroe. In 1954 released as a rockabilly song by Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore and Bill Black.
I play the song in Blue moon of Kentucky in 4/4 notes, I use thumbpicking style. Not original like Scotty Moore did. The solo is inspired by the Go Cat Go version, guitarist Bill Hull.
I use a Gretsch guitar historic series, slapback delay and a Fender amp. Also a bit of slapback delay on voice.
