“I've spent a lot of time inside my own head. Sometimes, while I am there, I make myself at home. I tidy up and spend time caring for the place. Other times, I am an unwelcome guest, destroying just about everything I can get my hands on. "Doubt" speaks to the battle within and how you, yourself, are your own worst enemy. It's a reminder not to give in to those passing thoughts of self-harm and self-hatred, but instead to push forward on the journey toward a happy heart, body, and mind."
