http://www.vladtv.com - VladTV caught up with a host of celebrities at the 2014 BET Awards, who gave their opinions on Zendaya Coleman playing Aaliyah in the upcoming Lifetime biopic; a role which she later dropped out of. Big Tigger and Robert Townsend addressed the topic, and both said Zendaya would have been a great pick for the role, given her acting and singing abilities.

Trevor Jackson, who's very close to Zendaya, also spoke about the topic, saying that Zendaya chose the role because she loves Aaliyah and wanted to honor her memory above everything else.
