It's Christmas 2021 so today I've written a special chordal arrangement of the carol Away In A Manger.
In writing this arrangement I’ve tried to keep things fairly simple so it should be OK for the majority of players, although it could be a little bit tricky for absolute beginners. All the chord voicings used in this piece are common shapes I’ve shown in countless other lessons here on Talkingbass so if you’ve already got a little knowledge of the basic triads and seventh chords, learning it should be fairly straightforward.
