Christmas Carol with Standing Symmetry Piano | Jingle Bells, Joy to the World, Silent Night, etc

Christmas Carols such as Jingle Bells, Joy to the World, O Christmas Tree, Silent Night and We Wish You a Merry Christmas are played with piano while standing without chair, bending knees and straightening back and neck. The original songs are played first, followed by symmetrical piano-play of each song.

‘Standing Symmetry Piano’ is a way of playing the piano through which upper and lower body balance and left and right body balance can be achieved. While standing, bending knees and keeping your spine straightened makes your lower body strong, your spine keep fit, and your upper body more relaxed and free, which can lead to better piano playing.
