Did you know The Disability Collective is hosting their first event of 2024? Hosted at Glad Day Bookshop, Crip Café is taking place on Saturday, March 9 at 8 PM. After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, this is a space for disabled and queer people to gather and connect. This Pay What You Can event will feature live performances including music, poetry, and spoken word. Come and join us!

This event will feature Deaf Interpretation. ASL volunteers will be available to assist at Front of House. To keep our community safe, masks will be required for all audience members but may be removed temporarily for eating and drinking. Exemptions are always made for access or medical reasons. We hope you’ll join us! Located at 499 Church Street in downtown Toronto, Glad Day Bookshop is the oldest 2SLGBTQIA+ bookstore in the world. At Crip Café, we couldn’t be more excited to create a safe and inclusive space for queer and disabled folks in our community.
