Festive Trumpet Tune by American composer David German (b. 1954), played on the 1898 Åkerman & Lund organ in the cathedral (domkyrka) of Västerås, Sweden. The organ has been altered and expanded several times, mostly by Åkerman & Lund but most notably in 1998 when Harrison and Harrison, Durham, England, turned the instrument back to a romantic symphonic instrument (too some extent going back to the original specification, but also extending the 3rd and 4th manuals greatly, including two very loud high pressure trumpet stops) and in 2009 when Åkerman & Lund made further changes towards the original specification.
