Welcome to Dusk and Dawn Sound Rituals.I’ve developed the habit of recording my musical improvisation sessions at different times of the day—sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the evening—from the mountain where I live on Siquijor Island, in the Philippines.The music I create is unpretentious, sometimes inspired, sometimes awkward, sometimes naïve, sometimes experimental, and other times more melodic. I use simple instruments and let myself be guided by the intuition of the moment, striving to remain as authentic as possible. The goal is to create a deep atmosphere, where each composition becomes a kind of sonic incantation.
