Consists of a 30 minute loop of calming music and soothing chords . I'm playing a Gretsch Electromatic in a Drop D tuning . Whether you're in a spa , doing yoga , or trying sleep hypnosis , this soft music should work wonders . As the guitar player , just picking this song gives me my own stress relief and puts me in a peaceful , zen , calm mental state.
