On ‘22 Tour with PBS guitar Star BENISE. My drum solo at Fred Kavali theatre in Thousand Oaks Ca. (Playing with young percussion Star Miguel Leon). Drumming for BENISE requires a drummer be familiarly with various styles like Flamenco, Samba, Mambo, Rock, R&B, Pop ballad, Joropo and also play Cajon. This solo is inspired by the Spanish Rhythm Buleria. I play it on snare and then use Double Bass pedal. I then let my inner John Bonham & Alex Van Halen ROCK Out.
