the physical law I believe that is responsible for this rare phenomena is gauss law which is thought to explain electro magnetic interact but usually on a cosmological scale but as discovered also has a very small field influence as well which I believe has interactions on the bodies energy production and creatinon through polarizing metallic elements in our biosphere.
