So i've recently been getting more into portraiture and the human figure when it comes to my paintings and decided that it was time to try and sculpt the planes of a face to better understand the proportion and anatomy. This is my first attempt at making a mask after a failed attempt at sculpting a full portrait bust. Although I didn't film the process of making the mask, I still thought it would be cool to make a more detailed guideline of how I go about firing most of my pottery.
