I chose to turn the camera on during my scales, today. I was focusing on playing smoothly and VERY softly. Consequently, the level is boosted on the video and that highlights a little cruft creeping into the sound. While I'd prefer that that wasn't there, the smoothness was what I was going for. I'll get both next time...
