Sabbath School — 10:30 AM
An Exposition of 1 Corinthians 14 | Bishop W.B. Treleven
Text: 1 Corinthians 14: 1 - 40
Main Service — 12:30 PM
For His Name Sake | Pastor Maurice Blagrove
Text: Isaiah 43: 1 - 11
This phrase, “For his name sake” has often been used to describe a family member, perhaps an individual who may not be conducting him/herself according to the expected standard of the family. It may also be used in the reverse, to suggest that the individual’s conduct is in-line with the public expectation which has significant reflection on the family at large. Therefore, whatever an individual does may have long lasting impacts for generations to come. This sermon will challenge us to look deeply at ourselves in the mirror and ask ourselves, what will history say about us?
