guitar shredders are so overrated. I mean David Gilmore (David gilmour?) can play more in 2 notes than any shredder can with all the notes. guitar is about FEEL. guitar is about evoking emotions. and according to me, the Internet gatekeeper guitarist, if you aren't playing pentatonic blues. you don't have a soul of guitar. shred guitar is garbage. anything more than this 1 note played in your guitar is just terrible. Stevie ray Vaughan and David Gilmore and bb king. they are the only guitarists that you should listen to.
