In this “Hard Skool” guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this great song from Guns N’ Roses note-for-note.

The tuning is Eb standard tuning. That is, starting from the 6th string, Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb.

For most of the sections throughout “Hard Skool” there are slight differences between how Slash and Richard Fortus play each riff. I will detail all of those differences and take you through each section of the song in the order that each appears on the original recording.

I will also take you through Slash’s solo note-for-note.
