Happy New Gear 2022

Here's the next episode of Brewster's Millions Of Rants with a quick Happy New Gear 2022 episode. I mainly wanted to put this together to wish everyone watching a Happy New Year, in addition to featuring a few new gear additions to my studio.

I've had a number of requests to feature my new acoustic, the Breedlove Discovery Companion CE series in Black Widow. This smaller-sized travel guitar is almost the exact same size as my electrics and is very comfortable to play. I've spent about a month with this guitar and I've noticed that my hand/arm position between playing my electrics and this acoustic is almost the same. This allows me to use the same technique and playing position that I use on electric on this guitar, which is very comfortable to play and it doesn't feel like "hugging a tree" compared to standard/jumbo-sized acoustic.

This episode also mentions a recent computer/laptop upgrade (which I'm VERY excited about) and also a reminder about the bridge pickup swap in my PRS Vela - which was the feature in last year's "Happy New Gear" episode. There are plenty of little things that I could've featured in this episode that I picked up this year and added to my studio, but I wanted to make this one a "quick vid" and made it brief by featuring the two most important/noteworthy additions that I made in my studio near the end of 2021.
