HEART CHAKRA – Courage, Inner Strength, Love, Compassion

The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is at the very center of our being. Everything flows in and out from there, the center, your center.

Feel the sounds of the celestial realm woven within these frequencies. Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity. Feel the energy of the Nadi Streams flowing into and out of your Heart Chakra. Feel the warm energy washing over you, bringing your powers, your strength, into tune and balance.

Chakra music do not always come in “Series,” sometimes it is just a wandering piece of music, floating through the universe, and bringing everything into balance and sync as it passes. And it finds me sitting here with my mind calmed and out of the way, and it comes in and through me. It is a wonderous feeling. And it finds you passing through here.

Note the time 20:22. I did this, my first video of 2022, in honor of the new year that we are coming into. If we all put our hearts and souls into it, it may perhaps be a wonderful year, a turning point into a more compassionate world, a more giving world, a world that learns it is better to hold out its hand, than its fist.

The audio frequencies and colors in this video are for meditating and tuning the Anahata or the Heart Chakra (green). The Heart Chakra is located on the spine in the area of the heart. It is associated with our ability to give and receive love, feel compassion and to reach out to others. It is the center of the Chakras, balancing the seven energy centers. Physically linked to heart, circulatory system, and immune system. Very important healing area. When out of balance, you may feel closed off to others, lack of self-esteem, insecure, jealous, unloved and filled with self-doubt.

Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion.
