High notes on the trumpet the easy way

Playing and practicing high notes on the trumpet can be a very frustrating and time consuming affair.

I hope this lesson on not over breathing, different ways to visualise your air and what is going on with your chops/aperture might be helpful in some way.

By the way, in this video I am using a Bach trumpet and a Yamaha 17c4 mouthpiece, equivalent to a Bach 1c.
