Hello everyone! I hope you've had a lovely year and I'm so excited for the next. I hope you enjoy this simple little video. I was a bit unwell this week again so I was not able to do anything too fancy but appreciate you being here nonetheless.

I am doing a temporary Patreon account from January through April (before baby's arrival). I will be recording and posting daily journaling prompts where I talk through my process and share quotes, ideas, and concepts that will inspire my journal entry for that day. We will be able to support each other to embrace journaling as a mindfulness practice and consistently sit down for at least ten minutes each day for a bit of peaceful self-care.
In addition, I will post extra videos as time allows on topics of interest by demand, including read-aloud short stories, meditation sessions, life updates, answering questions, home tours, bookshelf tours, children’s book updates, etc. there is no obligation to support me there, I just wanted to try something fun and appreciate anyone who is interested!
