Welcome! I help women use strength training and nutrition to transform your body...and your life.

Join me and my gang of strong and fit women LIVE every Saturday for a strength training workout that focuses on specific themes or muscle groups. This workout was recorded live.

This workout features super sets (or monster sets). By combining two or more exercises together you get a great strength workout with a side of cardiovascular kick.

For this workout you'll need…
1. Athletic shoes. Even though you may be working out at home, or on carpeting, your feet need proper support to improve the alignment of your entire body.
2. Handled resistance band(s)
3. Circular hip band(s)
4. Dumbbells

DUMBBELLS
For dumbbells I'm all about a good value for the price. For most home users, any dumbbell will hold up. I do prefer hex style dumbbells because they look great and don't roll away, therefore making them safer. These are rated super high and are my current favorite...
