Here's the short clip from the last live stream on Sunday.
I was answering question about the example of II V I lick, then I continued on to "let's check it out how Wes does" and listened to Round Midnight.
He played this type of lick on Eb, which is "I" part of II V I.
I really like blues playing not only the sound but it also works great in the band in any situation. I've experienced hundreds of gigs where regular II V I lick doesn't work well because of the combination of factors including sound equipments, how rhythm section plays and how I articulate things or simply when I use thinner strings etc.
