How Long To Practise For? What Should You Practise? Hints & Tips

This video answers the question we all want to know; 'how long should i practise for'!
It's not always as easy as giving you a number such as 15 mins, or 1 hour. etc, but more the context behind it - 'what level are you?' and 'what you are practising/working on?' for example.
All this influences how long you need to be realistically practising for for a good improvement.

...and to address the comments as I seem to get them ever time...yes, 'practise' is spelled with an 'S' and NOT and 'C', as I'm British.
