The way will play different notes on a violin is by making the string shorter by pressing the left fingers on the string. As a general rule, 10% of the string length from the nut to the bridge is a whole step in 5% is a half step.
The notes on the violin are: g a, B, C, d, e, F sharp, g, a, b, c, d, e, F sharp, G sharp a.
The way to hold the violin is place it on the collarbone. Shoulder rest on the shoulder. Look left.
