Learn how to send your email newsletter using Systeme.io. This is simple to do.
Before you can send emails, you have to verify your domain and verify your sender email.
This sounds confusing, but its actually very easy.
Step 1: Authenticate your domain in Systeme.io
Step 2: Confirm your sender email address
Here’s how to set up your sender email on a brand‑new Systeme.io account and get ready to send your first newsletter.
1. Authenticate your domain in Systeme.io (mandatory)

In your Systeme.io account, click your profile picture → Settings → Emails.
In the Domains section, click “Click here to authenticate your domain…”.
Enter your domain (without www, e.g. mybrand.com) and click Save.
Systeme.io will generate 3 CNAME records + 1 DMARC TXT record.
Go to your domain host (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Hostinger, etc.) and add those DNS records exactly as shown. (help.systeme.io)
Wait for DNS propagation; once everything is correct, the domain will be authenticated in Systeme.io.
2. Confirm your sender email address

Still in Settings → Emails, scroll to Verified email addresses.
Click “Click here to confirm your email address”.
Enter the sender email you want to use (e.g. news@yourdomain.com) and click Save.
Open that inbox, click the confirmation link in the email, then click Confirm on the page that opens.
The status in Systeme.io will change to Verified.
