It seems you could hardly go on YouTube these days without seeing several dozen new vocal coaches claiming miracles with the voice.

And virtually every single one of them claimed some quick fix or some hack or trick to give you the voice of your dreams.

I hate to break the news to you but there is no such thing.

Growing your voice is like growing any muscle in your body. Your voice is a group of muscles and needs to go to the gym with correct information and work out as such in order to grow it correctly, safely, and with longevity.

That being said we must start at the beginning, and in the beginning is support, support, support, and support.

It is the engine that drives your car, and without it you are going nowhere fast.

Once this concept has been mastered you can move into other parts of the voice such as vowel placement, the rising of the uvula and soft palate, as we ascend and descend scales or passages.
