Here’s some Monday flexibility for you. Note bends are a great way to work on intonation and flexibility. They also help you get into your false tones. I can bend the pitch about a 1/2 Step until I get to low Bb. From there I can do down a 4th. Same notes I would play if I was using a trigger. I also go to the same position as I would with a trigger horn. Enjoy and hope you find it useful.
