I walk you step by step through how to write metal bass with a line I composed for the new Murashita EP that features myself and Kevin Talley as the Rhythm section.

Writing metal bass lines that don't sound like a duplicate of the guitar can be a challenge. I'll show you a number of options and approaches to create a great metal bass line that enhances the song instead of just being a double for the guitar parts.
