Not many people even know it is possible. Majority are familiar with the low income government affordable housing program, but did you know there is a medium income affordable housing program that majority of us New Yorkers would qualify for? PLUS you'll get a nice newly renovated apartment too! In this video, I'm going to go over what exactly is the NYC affordable housing program, how I did it, and some tips I have for you!
