Indie rock is a genre of rock music that embraces the Do-It-Yourself / DIY spirit of musicians all over the world that write, record, produce, and distribute music directly for their fans. Without a lot of distractions or guidance from outside forces, indie rock gives us music that can push the boundaries of music in creative, experimental, and unique ways.
