When Quicksand’s album “Slip” came out, I was a freshman in high school and just started playing drums in my first real band. I was immediately drawn in by Alan’s precise and creative drumming—hearing these hardcore giants deliver such creative and technically stylistic music was such an inspiration to me. I am thankful for that and honored to represent Alan and the crew here for IDC. Fun fact: Alan is available to teach in person drum lessons in NY and can be contacted at A_Cage@hotmail.com
