Last night, legendary frontman Scott Weiland was found dead at age 48. Today, we honor his memory by sharing this previously unreleased moment from his life with the fans who love him.

Over the summer, APTV caught up with Weiland and his band The Wildabouts to talk about powering through difficult show experiences, playing with legendary bands (Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver) and starting fresh with a new project after tremendous success in former ones.

"It's like a new beginning [with the Wildabouts]," Weiland said. "I've been from the ultimate, top echelon and now I'm starting over with a new band, so it's kind of exciting."
