Including the chants of the aquarian sadhana, the traditional practice of Kundalini yoga, a Dhan Dhan Gur Ram Das mantra, a traditional Sikh shabad evoking miracles, and an English song Take Me In that celebrates the bliss of morning prayers, Snatam brings you into the heart of her practice. The video features her band Sukhmani Kaur Rayat on tablas, Ajeet Kaur on vocals and harmonium, and Siri Kirtin Carlisle on bass and guitar.
