Somehow, we've reached Day 300 of 2024!

I spent it in São Paulo, Brazil at the Jazz Trumpet Festival 2024. This morning I rehearsed with the excellent Speakin' Jazz Big Band for our concert tomorrow. Among my selections is Bill Holman's great arrangement of "Begin The Beguine", originally recorded by Doc Severinsen and The Tonight Show Band. This is a clip of the ending. What a fun chart to play!
