English musician and producer Jimmy Page is best known as the founder and guitarist for the rock band Led Zeppelin. His guitar style, which incorporated distorted tones, alternative tunings, and melodic solos, helped define the sound of rock and roll in the 1960s and 70s. Page also co-wrote or wrote many of Led Zeppelin's classic songs and produced all their albums.
